2010 Taste of Dublin kicked off Thursday evening in the Iveagh Gardens, showcasing some of the best restaurants in Ireland, local food producers & celebrity chef appearances! I went along to the Iveagh Gardens saturday evening, which made it all the better to enjoy in the beautiful sunshine.
Here’s a few of the chefs in action on Sat evening: Kevin Thornton, Kevin Dundon, Derry Clarke & Rachael Allen.




There was a great selection of starters, mains & desserts available from all the restaurants. We sampled starter from Forty One – Bluebell Falls Goats Cheese Crumble

Mains from Jaipur- Tandoori Chicken & Tawa Gosht 12hour slow cooked lamb in onion & tomato masala.



There were loads of drinks companies to buy wine, processco, Crabbie’s ginger ale & bulmers berry among a few.
For Dessert we sampled some King Strawberries with Balsamic Vinegar from Superquinn, Pandora Bell fudge, Artisan du Chocolat liquid salted caramels, glenilen raspberry mousse, also sampling Mossfield Organic cheese & Baylough farmhouse cheeses both from Tipperary.
